This project included new site development for Sportsman’s Warehouse and other retail sites. The project involved working within the boundaries of ADOT, BNSF Railroad, and the City of Flagstaff, requiring permits from all. Scope included:
• Mass earthwork including over 55,000 CY of earth moved;
• Installation of 1,750 LF of sewer main line;
• Installation of 2,200 LF of storm drain;
• Installation of 2,260 LF of main waterline;
• 12,640 CY of base and asphalt roads and parking lots;
• Over 7,000 LF of concrete sidewalks, curbing, and paving;
• Box culverts and CIP structures;
• Underground storm retention;
• CMU retaining walls;
• Three tiered entrance gabion walls;
• Construction of three new ADOT offsite turn lanes at 4th Street;
• Onsite and offsite lighting packages with four-way traffic signal.
