NAU UNION DINING HALL EXPANSION PHASE II
KCS served as Design-Build Contractor for this project. The scope of work included a 10,096 SF addition and 2,000 SF of renovations to the existing hotspot. The new addition includes a new Starbucks, convenience store, expanded seating, and associated
sitework. KCS provided in-depth pre-construction services, and the project was fast-tracked using phased GMPs. The project was designed to complement the National Award Winning Dining Hall Expansion Phase I that KCS completed in 2008.
