NAU WEST UNION LAWN PHASES I & II
Phase I of this NAU JOC project consisted of removal of the existing sod and installation of 140 LF of 18” HDPE storm drain, 60 LF of six-inch concrete sidewalk, 48 LF of concrete curbs and gutters, asphalt replacement, irrigation, and sod.
Phase II consisted of the removal and replacement of existing sidewalk with a wide concrete promenade, relocation of the bus stop, landscaping, irrigation, installation of an 18” HDPE storm drain, and new lighting.
