SEDONA-OAK CREEK USD PV SYSTEM INFRASTRUCTURE
Kinney Construction completed the infrastructure necessary to support three separate photovoltaic arrays in Sedona, Arizona. The high densities of sandstone required special rock removal excavation procedures and equipment. Grades were held to extremely tight tolerances for accurate placement of the photovoltaic panels. The scope required an earthmoving operation consisting of over 10,000 CY of material. The exploration of existing on-site utilities helped to determine the most cost-effective path for the conduit banks.
