ALTIER CREDIT UNION RENOVATION
This two-phase project involved the demolition and renovation of the cash services/public area and office spaces within the existing Altier Credit Union in Page, Arizona. Phase I consisted of the demolition of the existing back office area along with construction of new cash services/public area.
Phase II consisted of the demolition of the current cash services/public area and construction of office, conference, break room, storage, and restroom areas. The scope of work included new entrances, millwork, carpeting, lighting, wood doors and pre-finished frames, restroom finishes, and paint. The exterior of the facility received a new public front entrance and new paint. KCS also installed a new ATM with improved accessibility.
