Over the course of six weeks, KCS served as General Contractor for the Sunwest Bank T.I. project in downtown Flagstaff, Arizona. Project scope included full interior demolition; elevated structural concrete deck modifications; new MEP systems; steel stud framing; smooth finish drywall; custom stained white oak millwork including break room, work areas, vanity and radius teller line; solid surface tops; interior window walls; custom stained doors; flooring; paint; lighting; full IT; access control; security; and ADA compliance upgrades to building access and parking lot. The project was completed in a fully occupied building with an accelerated schedule.
