THE GUIDANCE CENTER OUTPATIENT FACILITY
Phase I consisted of managing a challenging building site and constructing a new, two-story administration building. The undeveloped site required over-excavation, complete site utilities, a new parking lot, and new driveways. The 27,000 SF administration building includes many unique features, including a wood-framed structure and masonry veneer. Phase II consisted of constructing a 24-hour-supervised residential recovery facility for 16 clients. KCS self-performed all earthwork and installed site utilities.
