FAIRFIELD INN RENOVATION
This project included both exterior and interior renovations. Scope of work consisted of new exterior features such as new signage, cornices and pop-outs to accommodate new signage, new stucco as well as repairs to existing stucco, exterior paint, new roofing, parapet caps, scuppers and downspouts, new concrete sidewalks and new ADA ramps with decorative colored and stamped features, asphalt overlay and striping, and landscaping.
Interior renovations included guest rooms, conference rooms, dining area, exercise rooms, lobby, offices, corridors, elevators, and the conversion of standard guest rooms to ADA guest rooms. Careful coordination and phasing were critical to keeping the hotel in full operation throughout the duration of construction.
