HIGH COUNTRY CONFERENCE CENTER INFRASTRUCTURE
Kinney Construction performed the earthwork and site utilities for the new High Country Conference Center and Parking Garage for Northern Arizona University. Scope of work consisted of demolition and removal of 95,000 SF of existing parking lot and amenities, over-excavation of 12,000 CY of unsuitable soils, placement of engineered fill, grading, building pad, and underground utilities.
All work was done on a fast-track basis. All management, traffic control, SWPPP, and dust control was provided by Kinney Construction.
