EMBRY-RIDDLE AERONAUTICAL UNIVERSITY - NEW STUDENT UNION
KCS is currently serving as the General Contractor for the Embry-Riddle Student Union project in Prescott, AZ. Designed as the heart of student life on campus, the new Student Union will feature a cafeteria, computer labs, spaces for Student Government and organizations, and serve as the primary venue for social gatherings and events. Strategically located at the center of campus, the building is thoughtfully designed to integrate with the natural terrain and reflect the beauty of the Arizona landscape. Spanning two levels, the Student Union will encompass a total area of 44,250 SF. To prepare for this new facility, KCS also managed the demolition of six existing buildings.
