NATIVE AMERICAN CULTURAL CENTER INFRASTRUCTURE
Kinney Construction completed the earthwork and site utilities for the new Cultural Center. The existing soils required mitigation in the form of 10,000 CY of over-excavation, haul-off, and re-compaction of engineered fill. The site utilities consisted of extending gas, fire line, domestic water, chilled water, steam lines, and a utility tunnel from on-campus infrastructure. An intricate sewer bypass plan was executed with precision, allowing the relocation of the sewer line while keeping the surrounding buildings in service.
