The Residence Inn Sedona is a new, 92-room, 66,318 SF hotel located in West Sedona, AZ. Serving as Civil Subcontractor, KCS Civil completed mass excavation and site grading, building pad preparation, and the installation of storm drains and underground utilities, including sewer and water, plus paving and creation of a fire access road.
