YAVAPAI COLLEGE UTILITY DISTRIBUTION
KCS completed campus-wide utility work on the Verde Valley Campus of Yavapai College. The scope of work included the installation of:
· Over 3,000 LF of underground insulated chilled and hot water lines;
· An extensive distribution of communications duct bank;
· 1,500 LF of ductile iron water line, associated fire hydrants, valves, and service lines
· New sewer lines and manholes; and
· All surface treatment reconstruction including asphalt, concrete, irrigation, and landscaping
