SEDONA-OAK CREEK USD PV SYSTEM
This project includes the design and installation of an 806 kW DC, ground-mounted, non-tracking, grid-tied, photovoltaic electric system. By successfully securing Up Front Incentives (UFI) through APS, KCS’ Design Team was able to increase the size of the system by 306 kW and save the District $1M. Built with 100% local subcontractors, the system consists of 3,838 Kyocera 210 watt modules with Satcon inverters. In the summer of 2011, KCS served as Design-Build Contractor for the District’s additional solar installations.
