GRAND CANYON RAILWAY HOTEL RENOVATION
Phase I of this project consisted of 42,300 SF of renovations to 104 guest rooms at the Grand Canyon Railway Hotel in Williams, Arizona. Two of these guest rooms are ADA compliant. Phase II included 38,700 SF of renovations to 86 guest rooms on the first and second floors of the Hotel’s East and West portions.
The scope of work for both phases consisted of demolition of existing carpet, bathroom tile, and shower/tub surrounds, along with the installation of new tile, tub and shower surrounds, and paint; plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and flooring scopes of work were also included. Open communication with the Owner was imperative, especially to coordinate owner-supplied vanities, light fixtures, and accessories.
