NAU TINSLEY HALL RENOVATION
This project consisted of pre-construction and construction services for the renovation of Tinsley Hall, a 90,000 SF student residence hall with 270 rooms located centrally on NAU’s Flagstaff campus. Scope of work included the complete renovation of three mechanical rooms located on the first floor to include new custom package mechanical systems, replacement of the existing failed sewer system running under the first floor bathrooms and tying into the external utility outside of the facility, three complete bathroom remodels located on the first floor, tile replacement in the second and third floor bathrooms, carpet replacement and paint throughout the residence hall, renovation of the residence hall entrance front desk reception area, and re-piping of the Residence Hall Director’s apartment heating loop.
