NAU COWDEN HALL RENOVATION
KCS is currently serving as CMAR for Northern Arizona University’s (NAU) Cowden Hall Renovation. This project includes three new custom mechanical packages, renovations to public spaces within the residence hall, such as a kitchen remodel and computer lab remodel, and new first floor windows, plus fire alarm upgrades to all 270 rooms. Construction will be completed within an aggressive eight-week summer schedule to accommodate student move in for the Fall 2018 semester.
