WILLIAMS USD DEFICIENCY CORRECTIONS
This project included both new construction and renovation work. The new construction scope of work consisted of an 8,500 SF vocational education building and a 3,500 SF cafeteria building. Scope of work also included a combined 120,000 SF renovation of the existing high school, middle school, and elementary school, including ADA upgrades, new HVAC systems, window replacement, electrical upgrades, plumbing upgrades, fire life safety, roofing, asbestos abatement, underground utilities, and site drainage.
