In 1982, Tim Kinney graduated from Northern Arizona University and went on to start a successful general contracting firm in New York City. After making a promise to get back to the vibrant community and wild landscapes of northern Arizona, Tim returned in 1995 and soon after, Kinney opened for business. Over the past three decades, Kinney has grown to an award-winning general contracting, construction management, and design-build firm headquartered in Flagstaff, Arizona, proudly serving our local communities and performing work nationwide.
