Building Construction
With expertise in new building construction, building renovations, and tenant improvements, Kinney stands as a leading provider of comprehensive general contracting and construction services. Civil Construction
Our Civil Construction Division specializes in a wide range of self-performed services, including demolition, excavation, grading, drainage, underground utilities, process piping, and concrete work. With a fleet of advanced heavy equipment, Kinney delivers comprehensive civil construction solutions for building construction, site and sub-division development, road and parking lot construction, and alternative energy projects, among other project types. Our people are our most valuable asset on the civil team, bringing exceptional skill, experience, and a commitment to quality that consistently drives successful project delivery.
Renewable Energy
Our Renewable Energy Division delivers small to large scale renewable energy solutions, including solar photovoltaic, wind, geothermal, and solar thermal. Kinney specializes in traditional as well as Alternative Project Delivery Methods, including Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) and Design-Build. We also maintain excellent relationships with a select group of developers that specialize in solar projects and provide system ownership through a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
