Each year, Kinney proudly takes part in the United Way of Northern Arizona’s annual fundraising campaign as a designated Pacesetter—an early leader in driving support and setting the tone for the broader community effort. In 2024, Kinney employees once again demonstrated their commitment to giving back by raising more than $30,000 to support local programs focused on education, financial stability, and health. Collectively, all Pacesetter organizations contributed over $100,000, providing a strong foundation for the full campaign and helping create lasting, positive change throughout Northern Arizona.
