Serving as Project Manager, Kinney managed the professional services of the design and construction team. This project consisted of a complete interior demolition, followed by the installation of 15,000 SF of restaurant space that features floor-to-ceiling windows and the North Union’s original copper fireplace. The dining room, which is open to the public and seats approximately 100 people, was updated with modern finishes to create a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere.
