Kinney is currently serving Arizona State University Job Order Contractor as a Job Order Contractor for both building and civil scopes across all five of their campus locations. The program features maintenance, tenant improvements, and building construction. The maximum project value for ASU JOC projects is $4M. Kinney recently completed the audiovisual upgrades at ASU’s Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communications, and we are currently working on a lighting improvements project at the Fulton Center, and an elevator modernization project.
