Kinney served as the Design-Build Contractor for the Bullhead City Photovoltaic System project. The 50.4 kW DC system consists of elevated arrays located at City Hall in Bullhead City, Arizona. Kinney collaborated with the City and Mohave Electric Cooperative for this project. The PV system consists of a total of 240 Kyocera 210-watt10 2watt modules with a Photovoltaic Powered Inverter.
