Kinney is serving as the CMAR responsible for Camp Colton’s Master Plan and Improvements project, a transformative initiative aimed at enhancing the overall functionality, accessibility, and experience of this historic outdoor education facility. As part of Phase I of the project, Kinney is providing comprehensive civil construction services, including earthwork, grading, and utility infrastructure to support the development of a new state-of-the-art lodge and a multi-use ramada. In addition to site development around the new structures, Kinney is also spearheading the construction of a new entry road to improve access and circulation throughout the facility.
