Kinney converted the former “Pep Boys” from an auto parts store to the new home of Canyon Chapel. The 14,569 SF remodel involved site and interior demolition; mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work; asbestos remediation; and new wood windows and casework throughout the building. To provide better curb appeal at the front entrance, a new façade with standing seam metal roofing, brick, and cement-board siding was constructed. Kinney successfully completed the project in a condensed schedule.
