Kinney transformed an existing two-story, 12,000 SF bank building into a specialized cardiovascular diagnosis and treatment facility. The project required increased electrical and HVAC capacity for the heart catheterization equipment and completely new medical gas and vacuum systems for the patient care areas. The new space includes a reception and waiting room, exam room, medical procedure room, a state-of-the-art cardio catheterization unit and surgical suite with an adjacent control room, an eight-bay patient recovery area, and restrooms. Scope of work also included a new, larger capacity emergency generator, exterior painting, and the installation of high-end ceiling, wall, and floor finishes.
