Individual projects were valued at or under $250,000 and involve water and wastewater utilities; excavation; storm water drainage; asphalt paving; concrete; and related underground contracting scopes of work. JOC projects completed include Clarifier Pinch Valve Replacement, Headworks Fine Screen Installation, Old Town Water Main Replacement, and Old Town Parking Lot #2, and Old Town Parking Lot #3.
