B3 is the service hub for the County’s equipment, responsible for flood mitigation, snow removal, and general road maintenance, where over 250 vehicles are serviced by the County’s maintenance team.

The project involved rehabilitating the existing service bays, an addition for tire service and storage, creating a new configuration to add welding fabrication and equipment rooms, expansion of the compressed air loop, new lubrication and pump room, the addition of a second compressor, motor oil tanks, new offices, and a new employee breakroom. Kinney strategically phased and sequenced these tasks to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
