Renovations to the Cottonwood Village Assisted Living Facility included selective demolition, as well as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-in and drywall patch back to match the existing wall finishes. This project was on the 3rd floor of an existing building where the bottom two floors remained occupied. Safety was a major focus as well as disruption avoidance for the residents. New dining areas, living spaces, and suites were also provided to the residents, as well as a new balcony that extends off of the west face of the building.
