Kinney completed 3,600 SF in tenant improvements within the lower retail suites at The Standard student housing complex off of Route 66 in Flagstaff. The project scope included the addition of restrooms with showers, office spaces, physical therapy space, a workout room for weight training and physical therapy, as well as a welcoming lobby area. The space was fitted with high end glazing features, lighting, finishes, and completed in just eight weeks.
