This project involved the construction of a freight relay yard and site preparation for a breakroom trailer. The scope included extensive earthwork, the placement of 38,000 tons of aggregate base, asphalt paving with a turn lane, and 125,000 square feet of concrete paving. Additional work included the installation of underground utilities, 40 light pole and camera bases, security cameras, 37 engine block heater posts for FedEx tractor trailers, masonry, security fencing, riprap, guardrails, landscaping, and preparation for a modular break room trailer.
