Kinney served as CMAR for FAMU’s Student Services Center, which is a new, single-story, 10,872 SF retail restaurant space that includes a university dining hall and commercial kitchen to accommodate 278 seats, a convenience store, and a business center. The project also included a 3,500 SF partially covered exterior terrace with outdoor seating, loading dock, covered walkway, sitework, and exterior utilities. Construction took place on a fully occupied campus.
