Scope of work for this Design-Build project in collaboration with Taylor: Fracasse Architecture, Inc. included the installation of a 6,000 SF, four-bay, pre-engineered metal storage building for Fort Tuthill’s maintenance department. The project also included site utilities, concrete foundation, and mezzanine. Kinney self-performed the earthwork and site utilities.
