Through the County’s JOC Program, Kinney was contracted to build a Bike Park Restroom, offering additional restroom services to the entire Ft. Tuthill campus. The 597 SF building utilized highly durable materials that can withstand the freeze-thaw cycles of Flagstaff and require little to no maintenance. Kinney additionally self-performed all earthwork including drainage, rock excavation, and site utilities.
