Kinney completed extensive renovations to the Ft. Tuthill County Fairgrounds facility. Scope included resurfacing the entire quad; new lime stabilization of existing soils; installation of primary and secondary concrete walkways with integral colored concrete and sandblasted custom design elements; modification and/or replacement of perimeter fencing; new landscaping; removal of existing water, sewer, and gas services; new water and sewer main lines and service; new wall and pole mounted LED lighting; new fiber conduit and pathways to service all existing buildings; and installation of new paging system.
