Gila River Healthcare Materials Management Expansion

Kinney completed the Materials Management Expansion project within Hu Hu Kam Memorial Hospital, expanding previous material and document storage space. The 2,000 SF expansion reached substantial completion three weeks ahead of the original schedule. The project scope consisted of demoing the existing space, improving finishes, furnishing the space with appropriate fire life safety suppression equipment and precautions, climate regulation equipment, MEP, communication/access control, and additional furnishes. Kinney successfully utilized ICRA and other safety precautions to ensure that there was no cross contamination. By working within an operational hospital space, Kinney had to ensure a top notch dust and silica control program.
