The new Goodwill store spans more than 16,000 SF with thousands of new items placed on the sales floor daily. The attached coffee shop, Noble Ground Coffee, was also part of the project, fitting the space with a new kiosk, kitchen, and high-end finishes. Noble Ground Coffee’s profits are directed toward funding impactful programs for underserved communities and will be invested in developing K-8 schools and affordable and transitional housing. The scope of the project included demolition, MEP upgrades, carpentry, new restrooms, finishes, parking lot drainage and improvements, a new loading dock, barista bar, café and lounge, and back of house kitchen.
