Construction efforts consisted of site grading, building pad, significant underground utilities, and drainage structures. Over 2,500 LF of eight-inch water line was installed at Fire Station No. 23. Both stations used a traditional storm drainage structure, including large concrete catch basins, double-pipe CMP culvert systems with concrete spillway headwalls, retention basin overflow structures, and rip rap placement.
