The Hillside Vista Estates Infrastructure project in Sedona, AZ involved comprehensive site development for a 30-lot residential community. Kinney self-performed extensive site development, including construction of a road through the development, as well as drainage systems and the installation of underground utilities. This includes 3,500 linear feet of water lines and 2,800 linear feet of force main sewer. Additional tasks involved paving, curb and gutter installation, trenching for gas lines, and the installation of electrical conduits.
