Kinney completed a brand transformation for Holiday Inn Express in Flagstaff, Arizona. Demolition and reconstruction took place throughout the interior and exterior, including the main entrance lobby, conference rooms, dining and multipurpose area, exercise rooms, guest rooms, indoor/outdoor pool, and parking lots. Construction efforts took place seamlessly while the hotel remained in full operation during the peak season of the year.
