This multi-phased project consisted of renovations to the existing suite to create a new Outpatient Wound Care Program. Kinney also completed renovations to the existing Cardiac Rehabilitation gym, office, and locker rooms to create shared space for Physical Therapy and Cardiac Rehabilitation. Project scope included a comprehensive ICRA program, MEP, millwork, flooring, HVAC, drywall and insulation, hardware and finishes, and other general carpentry scope.
