Kinney served as the CMAR for a series of projects at the Joy Cone Flagstaff facility. This project included the construction of an 80,000 SF state-of-the-art warehouse, featuring a new equipment mezzanine, modern administration offices, and a four-bay truck dock. Additionally, Kinney oversaw the 1,800 SF expansion of the main administrative building and the development of a new tractor-trailer parking area.

The front parking lot project aimed to enhance parking capacity by adding additional spaces and implementing necessary underground drainage improvements. Key objectives included extending the waterline loop with a larger diameter pipe to accommodate future growth, creating a secondary entrance/egress for improved access, and providing an expanded area for snowplows to deposit snow, ensuring proper drainage away from employee parking areas. Kinney self-performed all grading and earthwork.
