This Kingman 8th St Underpass involved critical drainage and roadway improvements. Awarded through a competitive Design-Bid-Build process, the project was funded by the City of Kingman and focused on enhancing infrastructure reliability and safety in a key transportation corridor. Kinney worked in close coordination with the City to deliver durable solutions that addressed long-standing drainage challenges while improving roadway functionality and traffic flow.
