The La Plaza Vieja Improvements project was a JOC project through the City of Flagstaff with the intent to improve traffic flow in the area. The scope included demolition and excavation of the existing roadway and subgrade, which was completed in phases to maintain 2-way traffic for the length of construction. Kinney relocated utilities, installed arch pipe, and connected to the existing catch basin.
