The new parking lots, truck access, and loading docks constructed by Kinney vastly improved vehicular access and flow to the existing 90,000 SF building. Extensive rock excavation was required for the new drainage structures, underground utilities, loading docks, sidewalks, curb, gutter, and asphalt paving. Kinney successfully overcame the unanticipated challenge of remediating a previously unidentified sinkhole.
