The Mohave Community College Student Housing project in Bullhead City features 11 units with differentiating capacities, up to six bedrooms per unit; units include a full kitchen, living room, bathroom, and laundry (washer and dryer). MCC advanced this project, their first student housing facility, to offer housing solutions on campus instead of students independently having to find housing in or around Bullhead City. The project was completed one month ahead of an already aggressive construction schedule. Kinney self-performed earthwork and site utilities.
