Kinney completed renovations to Mountain Line’s existing Flagstaff headquarters to upgrade underutilized areas and increase space for other functional areas. Work was completed in three phases to 11 different areas within the 19,296 SF, fully occupied facility. Renovations included converting spaces into offices, reducing the existing drivers’ lounge to accommodate a wellness area, doorway and locker modifications, installation of partition walls, lobby/front area reconfigurations, new window installation, removal of existing closets and reconfiguration for open copy area, and installation of additional mailboxes.
