The Mountain Line Verde Valley Transit Center in Cottonwood, Arizona provided an exceptional set of challenges for the earthwork and site utility construction. The facility’s location downhill from the waste water treatment plant required Kinney to install a lift station 20 feet deep to pump the sanitary sewer uphill. Multiple specialty shoring systems were also brought in to complete the project.
