To respond to the Center’s need to provide better traffic and pedestrian flow for the Easton Collection Center, Kinney constructed new access roads to existing buildings, graded and paved new entry drives and parking, created a new ADOT deceleration lane off of Highway 180, reconstructed existing utilities, and extended utilities to serve two relocated buildings. Also included in the project was an intricate system of bioswale detention basins throughout the site and a small wetland area.
